Shipping + Returns
WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship to continental U.S. addresses. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
ORDER + SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customercare@aspen.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
RETURN POLICY
Refunds on items eligible for returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All sale items are final sale and, therefore, may not be returned or exchanged.
To start a return, you can contact us at customercare@aspen.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a free return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES + ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products) and sale merchandise, or products that are specified as non-returnable in its description, unless they are faulty. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get the correct item is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
A refund will be issued once we have received and inspected your returned items. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for refund. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business day for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.
